02 / The listing
Give the whole offer a look. Use these prompts while the listing is open. A marked box means you checked the detail; it does not certify a seller or item.
Check marks are kept only while this page stays open.
Match the exact model Record the model number and configuration, not just the product-family name. Check the requirements for your use List the features, connections and included parts you actually need. Read the condition description Include known defects, cosmetic wear and any limitations in your notes. Inspect the photographs Distinguish photos of the actual item from generic product images. Record included accessories Check each needed cable, charger, battery, controller or other accessory. Find battery information if relevant Keep battery condition unknown when the listing does not establish it. Read the seller information Review the current seller details and any relevant buyer feedback yourself. Record the item price Use the price for the exact variation and quantity you intend to purchase. Check shipping and delivery Record the charge and delivery estimate for your destination. Check tax at checkout An advertised item price may not be the full amount for your purchase. Price any missing accessories Use an actual quote or keep this amount unknown. Read change-of-mind return terms Record the window, item-condition requirements and who pays return shipping. Read the warranty details Record provider, length, start date, coverage and exclusions. Check the purchase protection route Use the current policy for the retailer and payment route you will use. Save the listing and terms Keep a copy of the description and relevant terms with the order information. Keep unresolved facts visible Ask the seller through the marketplace when an important fact is missing. Save a useful question. For a missing accessory or specification, a precise question is easier to resolve: “Does this exact listing include the charger shown in the first photo?” or “What is the full model number and storage configuration of the item shipped?” Keep any answer with your order information.
For an existing order problem, use the retailer's order-help process. Our contact address handles this guide, rather than seller communication or retailer orders.
